FAQ

How can I make a multi-coloured socket/orthosis?
To make a multi-coloured socket/orthosis (inside/outside), place the sheets in the different colors next to each other in the oven. As soon as the sheets have softened, they can be placed on top of each other. It is best to work in pairs so that there are no air bubbles between the sheets. The resulting sheet can now be thermoformed as usual.
If the socket/orthosis should also have several colors on the outside, the material can also be pieced together. As it welds to itself very well, the individual parts can be heated in the oven and pressed together so that they weld to each other. This creates a multi-coloured sheet that can then be thermoformed.
