Diese Folie muss vor der Verarbeitung des Materials abgezogen werden. Gerade bei großflächigen Stücken gestaltet sich das manchmal schwierig, da die Folie stark am klebrigen Prepregmaterial haftet. Ein Tipp zum Einsatz unseres Kältesprays REF 72.000.821.13: Die Folie einsprühen und direkt abziehen! Durch die Temperaturreduzierung ist die Prepreg-Oberfläche kurzzeitig weniger klebrig, wodurch sich die Folie ganz einfach abziehen lässt. ______ Freeze Spray for removing protective film from prepreg material—our #PracticalTip 💡 Sounds simple—and it is! And it’s also very effective: Prepreg material comes with a protective film so it can be rolled without sticking. This film must be removed before the material is processed. Here’s a tip for using our REF 72.000.821.13 Freeze Spray: Spray the film and peel it off immediately! Die Positionsverläufe durch Schaft, Kniegelenk und Fuß sind dabei exakt angegeben. Tipp: Das eingebaute „dynamische Lot“: Über die Sensoren im Gelenk wird die Belastungslinie erkannt und in der App zum Aufbau abgeglichen. Das bedeutet, dass die „echte“ Belastungslinie der Prothese erkannt und zur Referenz-Aufbaulinie dargestellt wird, wenn der Anwender auf der Prothese steht. Tip: The built-in “dynamic plumb”: Sensors in the joint detect the load line and align it with the assembly line in the app. This means that the prosthesis’s “actual” load line is detected and displayed as the reference assembly line when the user is standing on the prosthesis.
